The digital twin
This twin learned my nightly physiology from the months before Jakavi. From that, it projects the range my HRV would sit in without the drug: around 10 ms. After Jakavi started, my actual HRV broke out of that range and stayed out. The gap between the two lines is the effect a consumer ring made visible.
100 of 130 nights on Jakavi sit above the range the twin projected without it. Projected 10 ms. Actual 27 ms, a +167% gap.
Whole-period test: HRV +157% (p<0.001), all pre-ruxolitinib nights vs all post-ruxolitinib nights.
Last 30 nights vs the pre-treatment baseline. Every figure is a live query.
