Day 109 on Jakavi (ruxolitinib) · 952 days post-transplant · Oura ring · data through Jul 02 2026

The digital twin

A model projected my body without the medicine. I went far past it.

This twin learned my nightly physiology from the months before Jakavi. From that, it projects the range my HRV would sit in without the drug: around 10 ms. After Jakavi started, my actual HRV broke out of that range and stayed out. The gap between the two lines is the effect a consumer ring made visible.
